SCHEDULING AND TUITION
Private lessons are organized into three modules per year:
Module I – September through January
Module II- February through June
Summer Module – July and August
Several weeks of vacation time are scheduled for the Fall and Spring Modules, one make-up lesson is allowed for each term, and there is the possibility of several group lessons during the course of the term. Remember that you are paying for a course of musical instruction and a reserved block of your instructor’s time – thus, the total accumulation of lessons and instruction is more important than each individual lesson.
Lesson length is determined by the student's age or ability with half-hour sessions recommended for young children and hour lessons suggested for more advanced and adult students due to the amount of material covered.
Lessons are given on a weekly basis for the instrument studied. No bimonthly (every other week) lessons are given as this hinders the educational process - consistent training and supervision are necessary for learning.
TUITION*
Fall and Spring Modules –
Each term is based on a series of 16 lessons, with several weeks of scheduled
vacation. At times a group lesson in theory or recital preparation may replace
regular a lesson.
Registration Fee -
There is a $25 registration fee due for each student and a $35 family rate. This will be assessed when each new student registers or for the Fall Module for returning students.

Half-hour Lessons* $ 525.00 or $110.00 per month
Hour Lessons* $1,050.00 or $210.00 per month
45 Minute Lessons $ 775.00 or $155.00 per monthBoston Tuition
Hour Lessons* $1,175.00 or $235.00 per month
Half-hour Lessons* $ 650.00 or $130.00 per month
45 Minute Lessons $ 885.00 or $177.00 per month
*Tuition may vary slightly for some instructors due to irregular lesson schedules, teaching venues, or on-location teaching if we travel to your home or church.
*Hour Lessons = 50-55 minutes *Half- hours Lessons = 25 minutes
There needs to be several minutes in travel time or transitioning between students.

Payment
Payment for the entire module or the first monthly payment, plus registration fees, must be paid before any lessons are given.

Summer Module
The Summer Module, consists of the months of July and August with the same
monthly rate as during the year. There are normally eight lessons in the Summer Module,
although students may register for a greater amount.
It is desirable that Summer Module students pay their tuition in one payment, although the payment may be made in two installments.
